Managing Principal
Rachel Condon started Oxbow Real Estate, LLC in 2017 and brings 17 years of experience representing industrial and office occupiers, landlords, and sellers. Her focus is to find cost-saving solutions for her clients with energy and efficiency. She is knowledgeable about institutional and locally owned real estate and leverages her experience to maximize her clients’ position in the market.
Mrs. Condon resides in Alpharetta with her husband, Curtis, their daughter, Mirabel and their three canine children. She is an avid angler and equestrian and enjoys painting, pottery and treasure hunting for antiques. Her family is actively involved in their local church and she’s and active member of the Chastain Friends community group, which fundraises for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Mrs. Condon is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a Phoenix Award recipient for the Million Dollar Club Member since 2010.
