Elizabeth joins Oxbow Real Estate with 26 years’ experience as a commercial real estate lawyer in Atlanta. During her career in private practice, Elizabeth represented retail, industrial, office and multi-family clients, along with developers with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs, including acquisitions, sales, leases, financing and development. Elizabeth also served for 17 years as outside real estate counsel in Georgia for the top retail discount company in the world.

Elizabeth brings unique and invaluable expertise, experience and service, including legal coordination and oversight, to Oxbow clients and their counsel to help streamline the many moving parts of the real estate transaction. Deal negotiation, due diligence, issue identification and proactive analysis are all ways that Elizabeth helps Oxbow clients experience invaluable cost-effective assistance in an often complicated and expensive process.    

Elizabeth is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and currently resides in Atlanta. Elizabeth currently serves on the Board for Hoofs 4 Healing, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit therapeutic equestrian program near Savannah for special needs children, injured veterans and the military.  Elizabeth and her husband Tony have three daughters, Parker, Gray and Emma, and three canine children, Rayban, Bailey and Aspen. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys riding to hounds (more commonly known as “foxhunting”), photography, travel and volunteer work for various organizations dedicated to helping animals and children.
