As a junior broker at CBRE in 2006, Rachel began her industrial real estate career assisting local investors, developers and institutional entities. From 2009 until January of 2017, she worked for Commercial Property Professionals and later for Lee & Associates. During this period, she realized the best way to serve her clients was to become a business owner, like them.
In 2017, she founded Oxbow Real Estate, LLC to better understand the pursuits and struggles of her clients so she could better carry their load. This experience pushed her focus to finding cost-saving solutions for her clients with energy and efficiency by leveraging her experience and knowledge of institutional and locally owned real estate, maximizing her clients’ position in the market. Over her career, she has represented clients with needs ranging from 15,000 SF of overflow storage requirements to 400,000 SF of corporate renewals, 200,000 SF build-to-suits and off-market 1031 exchange opportunities. Since 2010 , she has been a Phoenix Award recipient from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 2020.
Rachel resides in Milton, GA with her husband, Curtis, their daughter, Mirabel and their three dogs, horse and chickens. She is a passionate equestrian and angler, and enjoys painting, pottery, treasure hunting for antiques and golfing (her handicap, however is a personal matter). Her family is actively involved in their local church and she’s an involved member of the Milton Friends community group, which fundraises for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
An active commercial real estate broker in 2015, Will joined Oxbow Real Estate in the fall of 2018, specializing in industrial Investment sales, as well as tenant and landlord advisory in the Atlanta and Athens, Georgia markets.
Will’s concentration is on delivering clients a full array of real estate services including transaction management, project management, strategic services, lease administration, financial analysis, relocation management and facilities management.
Using his market knowledge to add optimal value to every real estate transaction, Will functions to help his clients to focus on their broader business goals. He Is passionate about optimizing real estate assets to help his clients achieve financial freedom that will be passed down for generations.
Will and his wife, Kaylee, his son, Holt, and daughter, Caddie, reside in Athens with their dog. If his picture is worth less than a thousand words, Will likes to hunt, fish, hike and work on the family farm in Athens. He and his family attend Bethlehem Church, and they are avid Georgia Bulldogs fans.
John started his commercial real estate career in 2014 and joined Oxbow in the Fall of 2020. With an 8-year background in commercial lending, John is invaluable to his clients with a business-centric perspective on strategic real estate planning. His understanding of his clients’ cashflow and position ensures his clients are maximizing their position in the market and negotiating the best deal possible.
John is a Memphis, TN native, and graduated from Ole Miss with a banking and finance degree. He and his wife, Kristi, have a beautiful son, Pearce, 2 cats and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and grilling with his family. His understanding of charcoal usage efficiency could help combat climate change.
